Win a Tour of Thorntons Chocolate Factory

COME AND FIND THE GOLDEN KEY IN THORNTONS AMAZING CHOCOLATE KABIN IN COVENT GARDEN, LONDON

As Britain’s favourite chocolatier celebrates its 100th birthday

Chocolate lovers will be delighted to hear that Thorntons is continuing it’s Centenary celebrations with the great British public by bringing you its wonderful Chocolate Kabin, where hidden inside is a Golden Key to the Thorntons chocolate factory, so someone can become a real life Willy Wonka for the day.

Thorntons opened its first ever store in Sheffield in 1911, which was called the Chocolate Kabin. When you step inside this re-creation of the delightful little chocolate shop, you’ll be greeted by the jolly shop keeper who has worked there since the store was first opened by Norman and Stanley Thornton and you’ll find yourself transported into a magical chocolate heaven.

Try your hand on the chocolate lucky dip, watch the choc-filled truck drop off its delicious delivery onto the chocolate conveyor belt and see the chocs make their way into the super duper chocolate scooper, where you can grab yourself a tasty treat.

When you leave the Kabin you’ll be waved off by the Live Mechanical Chocolatier and any donations made to him will be rewarded with chocolate, and all proceeds will go to Thorntons charity of the year the NSPCC.

One lucky winner from each location who finds the Golden Key inside, will win a trip to Thorntons chocolate factory, to go behind-the-scenes to see how Thorntons has been making its delicious chocolate for the past 100 years.  So why not pop over on your lunch break tomorrow and pay us a visit?

The Chocolate Kabin will also be visiting:
Liverpool One Shopping Centre on Saturday 10th September
Nottingham off Market Square on Saturday 17th September
Edinburgh Castle Street on Saturday 24th September
Sheffield Fargate on Saturday 1st October
